Maggie has a few little friends that we get together for play group or story time each week. So we had a little play date/birthday party for Maggie. I thought cupcakes would be best and saw a cute idea on the back of the box- ice cream cupcakes. Maggie was so excited that she wanted to help. They turned out so cute and were so easy. You just make the cake mix. Put the cup cake papers in like normal and fill them 2/3 full. Then place the regular old icecream cone upside down into the batter.
Cook for 20 min or until done. Cool completely. Remove the paper and frost with frosting and sprinkles.
The girls loved them and they were so easy for them to eat - almost no mess.

You are such a great mom!!! Can you believe how fast they grow up? Crazy, huh. Maggie is such a doll.
