Shopping today Maggie saw a girl wearing very short shorts and a big coat. She turns to me pointing and loud enough that everyone including the girl can hear said, "Mommy that girl doesn't have pants on!"
Fumbling I said "She's wearing short sweetheart. I bet her legs are cold" and quickly took Maggie by the hand down another aisle with a big grin on my face.
Funny how kids say what the rest of us are only thinking. She is 3 and already can tell the difference between modest and not modest.
