Paul and his family got into town on the 29th and we were so excited to see them. We ended up staying at Mike's parents house with them. Their kids are so cute and sweet I just wanted to hug them forever. The next day to our delight it started snowing. We decided to go sledding. Paul, us, Linda (minus Bryce), Julie, and Nicole's kids all went. There was a little hill up by Mike's parents house in a park and it was packed.
I was a little nervous at first with so many kids. Everyone was careful and in the time we were there we didn't see to many kids get side swiped. The When we got there the hill was white but by the time we left it was getting slick and pretty dirty as the grass started to come up. We started out on old sleds and boy do those go fast.

Then when Nicole got there she had lots of extras so we switched. The kids all had a blast and I don't know how they even stayed awake after it as the adults were tired after just a few times going up and down the hill.
I wasn't sure how Maggie was going to do as she can get scared so easily. Mike took her down and she loved it. She would put her hands over her eyes to keep the snow off but at the bottom she would be all smiles and ready to do it again.
I took tons of pictures and video. No one got hurt and we only had a few seconds of heart failure when Mike took a big bunch of the kids all holding on to one another and they headed for a tree. Maggie was the only one to even get close to the tree and a little scratch didn't even stop her from having more fun. (Although it put a stop to the big chain of kids). It was the perfect day as it wasn't to cold and there was just enough snow to make it fun. It stopped snowing a little after we got there. We were there for hours and had tons of fun!
